Faculty Phone List
Under Folders, open Public Folders.
Open All Public Folders.
Open Surgery.
Open *Everyone*.
Open Directories and you will see Faculty Phone List.
Click Faculty Phone List (To see all the information on the phone list when it opens, click View on the Outlook menu bar then click Current View and select Detailed Address Cards - you can widen the width of the cards as well by placing your cursor on the edge of the card and a double sided arrow will appear. Click and drag to the size you prefer).
Faculty Address Labels & Misc Phone Lists
Follow the steps 1 - 3 above.
Click on Directories.
You should see various helpful word documents.
